OVERVIEW

A veteran in the real estate business for more than 40 years, Mr. Glanz has successfully built and developed properties in California, Ohio and Florida. While he has experience in developing commercial, industrial, retail and resort properties, he has continually emphasized residential developments and residential income properties throughout his career.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Mr. Glanz began his real estate career as a licensed real estate salesperson in Anaheim, California in 1964. He was an educator and taught in the Anaheim Unified School District until his real estate career flourished at which time he entered real estate full time. He quickly became known in the industry and attained top listing and sales awards. He became a real estate broker and opened his first Sherwood Realty office in 1966. Mr. Glanz opened three more offices in the next five years and began delving into refurbishment, restoration and conversion of real estate properties. In 1982 Mr. Glanz left organized real estate to manage the properties he acquired and begin his career in real estate development full time.

Mr. Glanz is the founder and owner of many companies including Sherwood Realty, California Homebuyers Insurance, Inc., and Florida Homebuyers Insurance, Inc.

California Homebuyers Insurance, Inc. built many residential neighborhoods including Cabellero Estates in Palm Springs, California. Cabellero Estates is a prestigious 98 unit condominium development completed in 1992.

Mr. Glanz developed Fallen Timbers Fairways in Waterville, Ohio. It is a 250 acre development with a Championship Golf Course, up-scale single family homes, villas, and condominiums.

Florida Homebuyers was created to develop properties in Florida. Most recently in Manatee County Florida Mr. Glanz has developed Alexis Plaza now renamed Sun Plaza West, a small retail shopping center on Anna Maria Island. He developed the Condominiums at Sandy Point I and Sandy Point II in Holmes Beach, Florida. Mr. Glanz subdivided 75 acres in Bradenton into 211 residential lots.

Mr. Glanz is presently developing Hidden Lake Luxury Condominiums, 136 upscale condominiums units all overlooking a five acre lake in Bradenton, Florida. His most recent project is developing 1,174 acres zoned for 2,000 residential homes in Parrish, Florida.
